Welcome to Parian Labs (“Parian Labs”, “PARIAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Parian Labs operates this website and online store (the “Site”) and provides digital fitness services, personalized workout programs, and premium apparel and merchandise (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and Services. By visiting, browsing, or using the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or Services.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

We strive to display our products (including apparel, merchandise, and digital fitness content) as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. We do not guarantee that product images or descriptions will exactly match the item you receive.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Parian Labs reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email.
You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale.
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all orders placed under your account.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we deliver the products to the carrier.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy carefully before making a purchase. It explains return windows, condition requirements, restocking fees, final sale items, and how to initiate a return.

Parian Labs’ name, logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of Parian Labs. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools or services (for example, payment processors, analytics, or shipping integrations). These tools are provided “as is” and without warranty. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Parian Labs uses Shopify to power our online store. However, all sales and transactions are made directly between you and Parian Labs. Shopify is not a party to any sale between you and Parian Labs and is not responsible for any products, services, or transactions you make on our Site. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases or use of the Services.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Because the Site is hosted by Shopify, some of your information may be processed by Shopify in accordance with their privacy practices.

SECTION 11 – USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photos, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Parian Labs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms. We may remove or edit Feedback at our discretion.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information on the Site at any time, including after an order has been placed. We may cancel or modify orders if necessary due to such errors.
